Director of Fleet Operations
Job Description: The Director of Fleet Operations receives and processes the MSRs from all Ship/Stations and advises any commanding officer on questions on policy or procedures for the MSR. Able to attend some Captain's Table Meetings that are held every 3rd Saturday in each month. They also assist the CO of any commissioned Ship/Station that requests it. They help the CO make sure they are meeting the requirements to remain a Commissioned Ship/Station in UFS. As well as their Ship of the Line Level Program.

Qualifications: Able to work with CO's (or designated officer) to ensure MSR's are completed on time. Able to work closely with the Vice Chief of Staff and Chief of Staff on Ship/Station statuses and communicate Ship/Station issues up the CoC. Work and answer in timely fashion.

Experience: Experience working with Google Drive(Sheets, Documents etc) required.

Knowledge: Knowledge of the MSR Process is preferred, but not required as it will be taught you. Knowledge of the UFS Manuals. Knowledge of the various statuses a Ship/Station can have and the requirements to be considered a Commissioned Ship/Station is a must.
