The USS Veracruz has arrived at the location of the Packled freighter. Fortunately for us, though likely less so for them, this was a genuine request for assistance, and we have found the ship stuck in an unknown anomaly.

Our science and engineering teams are working on a means to free the ship without trapping the Veracruz in the same anomaly.
