So I have been playing with an idea, the word I am using and it's probably wrong is Internships. The idea is a member will work under a JCS office on a specific project either that they come up with or if there is one they want to work on and it is for a set time frame. This will give people the opportunity to contribute to UFS at a fleet level, try out fleet level work, put their own touch on the growth and development from the group.
I want to know what you all think. Please give me some feedback!

To be honest, I think this is a great idea. We get to see what goes on behind the scenes so to speak. I also feel that those who wish to partake in this will get a closer look at how hard it is to get members in any part of UFS.
