On Oct 21 @ 1500 hrs/3:00pm SLT we have a Halloween Butterfly Talk and on Oct 29 @ 1330 hrs/1:30pm SLT we have our Annual Halloween Costume Party!

It has a list of all UFS activities including the dates and times of the starships' Mission Roleplays. You can contact the CO or XO of the ships to request a ridealong to roleplay or observe.
