Would all people who intend to submit classes for approval do so after they have consulted the Dean and/or the Branch Head.

I am requesting this as a matter of etiquette aswell as for advice.

From now classes will not be considered for approval unless this has been done.

Please also note that having classes approved is the first stage of the writing process.
