Mission day 9:

Houses of the Flintstonians.

All houses of the Flintstonians are all rock, carefully carved out to suit any design. they uses animal skins as curtains on the windows. Most curious is that they use animals to accomodate various things. Some creatures seems to be elephantiods that they use for maintiance (most notable they suck up dirt and dust while standing on a wooden plate with wheels and a steering pole) and the kitchen sink. At one house i spotted a smiling bird with a propellor on his behind that displaces cool air in the room. Seems whoever interfered with them taught them about householding but the Flinstonians interpreted that tech. in a very unusual way and adapted accordingly.

End report.

Mission day 9:

Me and Buck beamed down a few times for a tech. recon. We found a Lodge and houses of the Flintstonians. This society is way more advanced and the usual stone age species. No energy signatures of any kind found so far.

Mission Day 9
Today Gijsjan and myself investigated a building called the lodge used by a group calling themselves the Water Buffalo's. The building itself is quite unique among the buildings on this planet. It is rather large amde of stone with a straw roof. It comprises of an entrance hall and main arena. Insuide it is very modern and very high tech compared to all other buldings. In the entrance hall are books shoing some of the sites on the planet and also some pictures. The entrance hall is reach through some very modern looking doors. The same type of door lead into the main arena. Imside are rows of skin covered benches and at he far end is a stagewith a plinth. On the plinth is a book dedicated to a someone called Absinthe the Green Godess. More needs to be found out about this diety. It appears that this building is dedicated to the worship of this " Green Godess". At he stage end, scans also showed an underground chamber however there did not appear to be any evidence of an entrance.

Mission day 11:

Industry of the Flintstonians.

For an average stone age society the Flintstonians embrace business and Corperates. We found an office building made of rock and a stone quarry nearby. Seems they are adept in Trade and primairy in rocks and wood. Based on natural development this is way too soon in the early stages of any sentient species. Their skills in mining is to be admired as we seen Dino's in the quarry. 1 Dino picks up the stone while a driver forces or whatever method they use to guide the Dino into dropping said boulder in a wooden wagon with wheels. This proves they developted animal Domestification. Its not clear of this is done naturally or by the alien interference.

Mission day 11:

Me and Melina beamed down again for a local recon. We found an large stone building with an office or 2 along with a stone quarry with Dino's. Buck joined in later. Melina is an aquatic species so she used the PHASE Emitter and projected herself as a cavewoman. After an hour she had to swim in water to replenish herself and as expected her water powers started again but she's doing well. Every day we gather more and more data on the Flintstonians.

Mission day 12:

Arial Transportation.

Scans in a remote section of the town reveals an unusual structure. I beamed down there and discovered what appears to be a shuttle port. Their shuttles are in fact Dino Avian's with a wooden box with seats and animal skins. That part appears to be the passengers seats. Another evidence that they perfected animal Domestification and learned how to fly. This cannot be a natural development for a stone age species so this must be another consquence from the alien interference.

Mission day 13:

City Sevices.

As on Earth in the 20th century, the Flinstonians embraces Police and Firemen. Again they use animals for displacing water in order to put out fires. We saw a fire truck with an elephantoid filled with water. Also its clear that crime is capital in Bedrock. At the police station we saw lots of Wanted notes. Their holding cells are rather large with wooden bars. Maybe they locked up lots of criminals in 1 holding cell. Rather crude to Federation Standards but it seems to work for them.

End report.

Mission day 13:

Me and Buck went to the town again and we found City services buildings. 1 police station and 1 fire station. Another proof of alien interference as an average stone age species dont posses such tech. We detected an underground maze and we beamed in there. While exploring we found a wall with alien writings. Scans concluded that its not Flintstonian language but something else. The wall plate itself is monotonium-silicate blend and its not from this planet. I feel this is part of an alien race who we believe culturvated the interference with the Flintstonians. Interesting fact is the writings looks familair to me. We will explore these caves soon and scan the surface for any anomolies.

End report.

Mission day 13:

Me and Gijsan went down to the surface again to map out some of the key buildings in the center of the city. The first building we investigated was the police station. Inside were lots of wanted posters, clearly there is a lot of crime here. The cells too were large enough to accomodate many people although they were empty while we were there. We then went on to investigate the fire station. upstairs was sleeping accomodation for up to 6 people. Next we looked at the danc club there. The dance floor was difinately NOT stoneage and very modern.
Scans then detected underground chambers. We beamed into them and invesigated the labrynth of corridors. While exploring we found a wall with alien writings. These were not flintstonian, Gijsjan said that they looked falimiler and he had seen them on a previous mission. He is going to enlist the help of a friend who he believes will be able to deciphor them and tell us where they originate from. Gijsjan scanned the wall and detected that the plate itself is monotonium-silicate blend and its not from this planet. We feel this is part of an alien race who have interfered with the Flintstonians. We will investigate more tomorrow.

Mission day 14:

After some intense scans we found an unknown energy signature. We isolated the readings and found a small pyramid outside of Bedrock town. We beamed down and investigated the building. Again we found the same writings and a Stargate. I instantly identified it as the Rajan Gate system. Some of these writings are indeed the same Stellar coords method like the Gate in the ocean of Pinastri prime during my tour of duty in Pathfinder. Underneath the pyramid we found remains of a underground hidden base of the Rajans. Quantum dating suggests its about 8000 years old so that proof the time the Flintstonians needed to adapt after the Rajan's showed up in the open. The base appears to be completely destroyed by an unknown force. Maybe a species that disliked the Rajan's interference with the natural development of the Flintstonians. My tricorder did succeed to record some of the Rajan writings but i cant make anything usefull from it. Maybe Science can analyse them. with these new facts there is nothing we can do so we decided to return home. We vented the Plasma conduits first and then plotted the course for home. ETA: 6 days at Warp 9.2

((The sim is sold today and turned into a super mall so this event kinda messed up the rp but we were close to the end anyway)).

Mission Day 16:

All systems go and holding at Warp 9.2. Engineering did report that the added high gradient Plasma Injector Coupler in mission bay 1 was online for a few minutes for reasons unknown. Fortunate it didnt go off or otherwise the ship accelerated to Warp 9.9999 for an hour and IF we do that it must be carefully prepped as this is a prototype meant for emergency situations.
