All medical officers are encouraged to reference and add reports to this thread as needed.

... I checked and saw that other physicals have been publicly posted in the forums for other officers for awhile now
... I checked with established higher-ranking medical officers and was told to post physicals in the UFS forums
... there needs to be a place where medical officers can reference the physicals for treatment purposes

As of right now, the person has a copy and the academy has a copy. As these are incoming people whose character may change, access the medical information directly from the avatar you are treating.

Keep in mind these are completely fictional (or at least the assumption is that these are fictional). The idea was the patient could use some of the info to help fill out certain fields in their SJ. So posting information shouldn’t be an issue but perhaps you could ensure you have the patients permission? But I’ll leave that to the Medical - Academy Division (MAD) Director.

Don't need permission, it is Roleplay information which the average joe does not have access to In Character so cannot be used in a roleplay setting without access the information from a medical terminal.

If we have to start asking for apermission then the same will need to be done with Service Jackets, which are used to hold information about a character.

Secondly When Promotions and awards are doing research and it is stated "this person does crew physicals" and there s no information anywhere about them doing any it's a simple case of stricken from record because it can't be unbias researched.

That’s the distinction. This is not real life or the military. Anything you read out of character for instance a medical report on the forum. Your character in roleplay does not know. That’s what we call meta gaming
