Good Afternoon,

You are hereby invited to the next UF Starfleet Security Branch Meeting, to be held in the General Meeting Room on the SS Tranquility Station at 2PM (SLT) Second Life Time.

The general agenda is as follows:
  1. Introductions; New Branch Leadership
    Colony Chiefs
  2. Colony Chief's of Security reports
  3. Lines of Communication
  4. "The Good, The Bad & The Future" - Open feedback and discussion on current state of affairs and how we can help improve.
  5. All Other Business[/b]
I would like to ask the (Acting/Vice) Colony Chief's of Security to prepare a small informal report on the current status of their Colony Security. Focusing on the activity, any current projects, role play and future plans.

I look forward to seeing you all at the meeting and getting to know one another a little better. Please make your attendance for the meeting known by response to this post or the group email.

BRANCH MEETING OUTCOMES
  1. Commander & Vice Commander of the branch are here for support of all Security members and their concerns.
  2. Establishment of a forum thread for Security Chiefs to report the activities of the branch in their jurisdiction to help Branch Command see areas of strength and areas where we can improve. Additionally this will show the activity of the branch to the broader fleet.
  3. A lot of ideas for role-play involving the wider branch were mentioned, while Branch Commander & Vice Commander will always be available and willing to discuss these and help make them a reality, the creation of a forum thread for the express purpose of these ideas was agreed.
  4. The attraction of 'new blood' to the branch was highlighted as a priority. We hope the branch will become more attractive with increased activity and a tangible presence across the fleet is achieved.
  5. It was concluded the branch was moving in the right direction, the tactical event with the Marines being highlighted- events like this should be happening more often. It was decided that we would partake and 'host' events like this open to the entire fleet whenever possible.
A further meeting has not yet been scheduled, but due and timely notice shall be given for the next branch meeting.
