I have been stationed on the planet of queue since August after the Cheyenne Docked. Queue is a very empty place located in a system near Pinastri. Queue Outpost was built in 2400 as a Science Outpost in a system near pinastri after making habitation back in the 24th century setting out to establish outposts near pinastri. Queue was constructed to house a Underwater Laboratory with a submersible and upper surface area with quarters and science lab. Queue is composed of 100% Fresh Water, Storms on queue can last days to months. The Longest Recorded Storm on Record was 9 months. The Queue Lab has made discovery in aquatic sciences and formation of planets. In 2405 Funding for the Queue Continuum Science Research Outpost was cut. Queue was subsequently evacuated and placed on solar power to record events on the planet. In 2409 The Queue Outpost recorded the largest storm on record of 9 months. The outpost was out of contact for 8 of the 9 months due to power loss. Upon system reboot of the Outpost the computer reported loss of pressure in the submersible bay which caused a chain reaction in the lower lab leading to flooding of all below sea level areas. Queue is supported by a rock base which was intact from the storm, however during the storm this loss of pressure also jeopardized the computer core as water seepage from lack of repairs. The Computer Core went offline in 2410 after known systems went critical. Upon arrival of queue the core was severely flooded due to damages in the storm. Extensive rehab was required for the core and systems, due to the storm damage the lower decks were detached and released after several support beams gave out. Arrival in August it took until February for the rehab to finish with a small team on surface the result was livable and standing for usage. Computer is stable however sensors and systems still remain out. Section Airlocks have been restored and areas have remained steady hold on pressure for the habitat area above. The past months I have been aboard Queue outpost it is good to report our primary communications array is up and we are able to send messaging to tranquility. I hope to keep up to date of the status and go back and forth from here to tranquility using the Shuttle Salvaged.

The main issue is that now there is another issue, Queue was originally designed with three solar plants North, West, and East. About three days ago sensors on the East plant began to show increased levels of pump activity. About two days ago there was an explosion at the East plant at the underwater pipe which we assume is caused by anchor strut failure this is due to the original design Queue. In the storms of 2409 the north and west plants were disabled which caused the majority of the depressurization of the lower labs. The East plant managed to keep operating which was assume was due to pure luck. Upon arrival we got the north plant working and the West Plant was determined to be to damaged to repair without new solar arrays. The pipe which is a basic service tube with electrical conduits ruptured.

Queue's design of solar and hydroelectric combination was designed to produce the best in efficient power production. when the East plant went out the north plant was forced to assume the power load of the other 2 plants which with no undersea lab pumps seemed to work. However now the read outs are showing increased build up in electrical output which is overloading transformers the computer is attempting to keep compensating the output but it wasn't designed to distribute power across all systems without other inputs the East plant pipe is not a easy fix. Without another plant to compensate for the power distribution it may lead to a overload of the power output. The north plant being a combination of hydroelectric and solar which was designed to run the lower pumps at night wasn't designed for 24/7 power usage.

The east station is under going the repair process and we hope to be back up in operations soon

Repairs are showing great promise on the East Power Supply Tube or the EPST conduit. We salvaged some pieces from parts of the old undersea labs and managed to piece together parts to fix the gash in the pipe line. Today teams attempted the first line pressurization and it proven some leaks in the patch job. Our Primary concern however is the anchor lines which go 50 more meters to the sea floor. The Outpost was built on a sea shelf which relative is the high spot on the planet. Anchor's go down to the ground to support the pipe's and what would of supported the old labs. Never the less with the repairs on a roll the science team has worked to get the Habitat Dome back in operation to start a growth of sustainable foods since we have no primary replicator system. It didn't take allot to salvage the dome its some windex and glass patch kit from broken windows caused by high winds its become quite a habitable place to relax.

With the lack of power we shut down the Space Docking Center since we don't plan to go anywhere yet. This provided enough extra power to reboot the Habitat Dome A.C.C.S or Automated Climate Control System.

The salvaged parts have also provided enough to repair sections which we sealed due to air leaks when we arrived. Operations was Sealed due to fractures in the windows which caused leaks upon pressurization. We had been using the Space Dock as a control center. Radar has also been repaired so we can track tidal surges and planet weather. Recently we have been attempting something new at growing food with the planets Atmosphere being low and space being literally right above our heads there has been a attempt to see how plants if modified could produce higher amount of oxogen to increase atmospheric density. With everyone on projects and repairs its a future project were setting our mind towards.

Today we have began repairs on the primary transmitter array designed for subspace direct communication. This system was one of many in a list damaged. We have been transmitting to Tranquility for about 2 weeks now however they have not been able to respond back. Our hope is to get a direct link to tranquility established if we can get the array functional. Originally the array was not a priority to maintain as science teams would have direct contact by subspace link to the LCARS Databank and would send and get messages from starfleet, there was never a need to maintain the transmitter as it was only used as a secondary. The array used to communicate via subspace is functional however we have not been able to uplink with tranquility we assume due to system issues being our computers transmit on a different software encoder which tranquility has to decode to receive.

Our hope is that we are able to restore the primary system and talk directly between tranquility.

On other notes we have repaired the power to the east solar and have been able to restore functions to normal and teams have began to work on attempting to restore Operations to full function. The West Solar is a second priority, we have been working hard on getting leaks sealed after the explosion did more damage then we had previously thought. When the conduit exploded underwater it tore some cracks into the lower area where air has been seeping out.

That is all we hope that you will be able to communicate directly with us soon Tranquility

Today we attempted to contact Tranquility, we failed it seems the transmission was either garble on the other end or didn't make it into subspace at all. We have been working hard on restoring operations to its former glory tonight we picked a strange ping up on the radar which seems to be pinging as a craft of some kind but knowing this technology it could just be a rock. We will prepare the shuttle incase once it comes into visual range if it is of interest to launch and retrieve this piece or what ever it could be. Our last ping turned out to be a small asteroid which is why were not enthused to go running after this since it isn't reading on the radar as clear as it could.

With the try of contacting tranquility today we also managed to get readings on some interesting finds for the outpost. It seems that a unusual type of organism which seems to communicate by illumination has been migrating thru the waters around us. They first came up on sensors a few days ago in small clusters and recently a larger massive group which we have measured miles across has drifted thru here, there has been no previous record of encountering such a creature which leads up to think it is a rare migration we have been taking water samples and any thing else we can obtain and study.

Right now with no contact directly with tranquility it is something scary to think of if we go into a distress situation. We have been shooting blind into space trying to repair and get the array working. We have alternatives but our hope is to make contact soon.

Today the object came into planetary scanner range, which means we are able to take long range scans unlike it being just on the radar. The scans took about 3 hours today and proceeded to crash the system with a error. We later managed to get primary systems online after the core shutdown along with ops. After getting scanners back up we again tried to figure out this objects nature.

3 More hours had gone by when the object continued to drift. Revealing a Type 6 Shuttle from the era of the enterprise which had 1 lifeforms aboard by readings and being unsure of its nature plan to wait for it to drift in near orbit so we can mount a shuttle team to explore and bring in any survivor. This is a scary find being that this shuttle appears out of no where on our radar. Our attempts to contact Tranquility still remain futile.

The Transmission goes unheard or no response on the channel we assume the part on our end which decodes the message may be having further translation issues when it comes to the coding. Engineers working around the clock to attempt to recode the computer system and establish a viable translator from the modern LCARS to this system which is based on the older systems bringing the decoder to raise issues as the original science team for some unknown reason seemed to have a vendetta against LCARS and used a system so unknown to us it took several months to figure out how to operate the basic doors.

Next Log Expected when teams launch and more data is revealed.

We have had system errors all over since we established contact with Tranquility this morning to add to the issues. Shuttle Team has broke orbit and began approach of Unknown Type 6 Shuttle and began deceleration towards shuttle and prepared to dock. We have aimed......ERROR ERROR TRANSMISSION ERROR BEGINNING SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC TRANSMIT......

*Computer Diagnostic Review*
*Reactor- Stable
*Power Systems- Stable
*Primary Array- Transmitting
*Pressure- Nominal
*Computer Core- CPU Driver ERROR

*CPU ERROR CPU ERROR EMERGENCY RESTART**(Screen Flashes Black and log resumes from a unknown part)

unable to figure out what the cause of the errors have been teams have moved to work to diagnose the report of a CPU ERROR which has corrupted several transmissions. This has caused system errors including power fluctuations everywhere. We assume this could be a cause of any number of things to go on the fritz the supply shuttle supposed to arrive we have to salvage a cpu processor from them to stabilize the core which we are worried may of been damaged from a possible leak caused by the explosion several weeks ago.

We will report when shuttle team makes contact.

Contact was made with the shuttle as the crew made successful docking after 12 hours of preparation and approach. They are currently docked and stabilized with the drifting craft. Report from the shuttle crew upon opening 2 dead bodies dressed in Early 24th Century Uniforms and the 3rd lifeforms dressed in similar clothing which has minor life sign and has been put in critical care aboard the Shuttle Dojo Columbine as they prepare for undocking procedure and return to O.S.O

Mean while down on Q.S.O we have had steady contact with Tranquility and a supply shuttle is inbound due for approach late tonight as they recently entered Long Range Radar, Contact has been made as they begin approach orbital deceleration.

In other recent report repairs to the core have gotten under progress and the damaged CPU Driver has been removed and computer processes have been placed on the other CPU Drivers. *Sparks Fly in the Background as a officer welds a computer console* The console behind me has been having issues if you can't tell were assuming because of core malfunction. Hopefully it will be back up soon we have began to install minor software patches the engineers have developed to fix some decoding in the transmission to make it more compatible with tranquillity's mainframe.

Supply shuttle has landed in Space Dock early this morning. It is with great celebration of this arrival which is the first in a matter of months we have been with no real working replication but the one in Quarters A-2 which has basically turned it into a mess hall for this small crew and with a shipment of solar arrays, fresh foods, and much needed supplies the teams face has lite up with glee.

The Shuttle Dojo Columbine has began Decent burn for docking and has prepared to make arrival in the airlock port since space dock is in use. There is much interest in this mystery person whom is wearing these old outfits and hope he will survive. The Shuttle Team reports the Shuttle Name was Sanaa Bar which we will need to contact tranquility for more information regarding this shuttle.

Mean while the team has began work on repairs to the L.R.A.R for our radar system which has been acting up since the new software patch and has been giving false readings. Right now were happy to have parts and not have to scuba drive to get salvage from the detached bay. The First floor doors for the first time in months became operational for the automatic opening when we patched the computer it fixed some of the many flitching and dilapidated systems aboard Q.S.O. Since Arrival for example the life support system has been glitching for tempiture control. That has stopped along with the patch allowed us to open the hallway shutters so we can see outside. The Hallway shutters has been closed and unresponsive. The shuttle when it arrives back will need allot of work it seems this was more of a test then a mission the shuttle has been having issues with maintaining sustained burn which has delayed there arrival by several hours.

That is all that we have to report at this moment well relay when we have more.

The Shuttle Dojo Columbine landed late last week and took the survivor to medical. Since he is still in a coma caused by a unknown factor. Our Facility Doctor has been working around the clock to attempt to find the cause. The Type 6 Shuttle is established in orbit by thrusters to keep it steady for further examination.

Mean while a Ion Storm is expected to hit late Monday-Wednesday which is expected to cause interference along with loss of communication for this period. We are worried with the thin atmosphere of queue this may cause damages to the solar faculties. We have no record of any previous ion storm thru this sector so we do not know what is expected of to occur.

In Other parts we had a asteroid shower which impacted the outer hull and damaged a few panels which we promptly repaired. Science Teams have had free time to begin to try to develop and improve the Habitat Dome. We have begun planting and turning the soil so we can have fresh foods compared to the military grade packets we have had and the replicator which broke Monday which engineering teams have been flooded with work trying to fix the various broken parts which the shower caused.

We will report after the Ion Storm Passes

Recently the Ion Storm has passed across the planet's atmosphere and departed the area. The result has further damaged the Type 6 In orbit and stabilizers were exhausted attempting to maintain orbit. The Type 6 is expected to impact the southern hemisphere later this week in a decaying orbit. Crews are attempting to make ready to launch to Dojo Columbine to intercept the shuttle to stabilize its orbital plane. In other news there have been reports from around the sector of damaged vessels and very critical parts in needs of repair. The outpost did not loose any parts or become damaged.

Science teams have been working on the Hab Dome recently attempting to get it viable for growth and began planting late last week. The Shower of partials which had hit prior to the Ion Storm have left several solar panels damaged severely more then was thought. Repairs to the panels have been slow attempting to rewire the damaged circuits. A request for 2 new panels has been added to the next supply request which is expect in 2 weeks from tranquility.

With the Transmitting Array working there has been allot of updating tranquility of our status. Engineering teams have worked around the clock to restore the mess hall replicator and got it working late last night for the first time in a long while we don't need to go into the quarters to get a bite to eat. There has been allot of talk around crew rotation and when the term is up.

Wow, I have never seen such a odd piece of replicated food. The replicator decided to produce a load of mush and grey matter when the teams tried it today. Replicator Engineering Teams have been working around the clock to repair the primary replicator system which has been waterlogged for several years and it has taken allot of parts to replace and repair. The first test of the system was quite successful for mush. Were trying to get some good foods at least produced, the garden project has been going well the advance tests show the seeds are viable and are estimated to produce good product.

Shuttle Dojo Columbine has begun a accent burn to establish orbit and attempting to match speed of the decaying orbit of the type 6 shuttle. The Survivor still remains in the coma and there is no update of his condition, there are signs of odd readings from him. As the shuttle approaches the velocity of the type 6 shuttle as its orbit decays it is estimated to proceed a decay at 100 meters a hour and estimated to break into low orbit and begin to break up this Friday. The shuttle has several hours to catch up and attempt to reestablish the orbit.

There is a major issue on hand in one of the power conduits, it seems the shower or particles impacted on of the supply tunnels causing a leak and impact into one of the conduits which is now causing power flux. We didn't notice this until later as this conduit was shut down for the solar array repairs.

Science Teams report that a tidal surge caused by several large impacts from the asteroid shower. The Tidal surges are estimated over 1/2 a mile high and estimated to impact at a velocity of 125 mph. The Outpost has been placed on alert and initiated lockdown of shutters and airlocks, Queue is rated to withstand more then this however with the lower supports damaged from previous storms it is worried queue could break loose and sink. We have began to seal the sea port so no water forces a depressurization of the internal structure.

We have begun to evacuate personnel to the Hangar Bay and ordered the Dojo Columbine to remain in orbit during this time. The Hangar has no windows and is supported by a hard rock base built to be a shelter in place of strut failure. The Habitat Dome has also been setup for this tidal surge and the dome has been placed in a forcefield to combat the impact.

Engineering Teams have been working around the clock to reestablish power to the down conduit as to provide better strength to the shields.

This is all to report

The Damaged section of conduit has been repaired and the shielding around the outpost is operating at 100% capacity. Grey mode has been initiated to conserve power and focus priority on shielding. Quarters and other non-essential systems have been placed on shutdown including life support of those sections. The Hangar has been converted over night into sleeping cots and showers. The Tidal Surge is expected to impact our North Shield Perimeter tonight. The Solar arrays have been retracted and the emergency hydro-electric generator has been in full operation. Replicators have been fixed and are producing food just in time for this tidal surge. The Surge is expected to pull allot of water out from under the outposts structure before it hits giving a opportunity of 30-60 minutes for engineering teams to replace any damaged anchors in this short period to strengthen the structure before it hits. Because we are on a sea shelf one of the highest places on the planet it is expected we will have the most impact of water.

Science teams have been working on patching any leaks found around the outpost which were left by the asteroid particle impacts there are several still siphoning air out of several air locks around the station. We estimate the particle shower originated from the larger asteroid which we saw on radar as assumed it was a error and it wasn't. The water filtration pond below the stairs has been drained and closed for the tidal surge as to not allow excess water to force depressurization of the interior.

Well Report once the Tidal Surge has left. Were expected to be covered in over 2 miles of estimated water for a unknown period
