Log entry:
Justice 1 reported in that the USS Magwitch, is 12 hours over due for her arrival.

Individual Reports:
Name: Jamie Czavicevic
Rank: Lt(jg)
Position: Vice Chief of Security

While on duty in Ops we received a subspace message from Justice 1, the USS Magwitch was 12 hours overdue. Lt Britt was working to see if any anomalies could account for her Delay and found none. I've sent several subspace messages that have not been answered. Justice 1 has sent a patrol vessel looking for her as well.

Conclusion:
the fact that the USS Magwitch is not answering any Subspace messages it must be assumed that she is missing. A Subspace message should be sent to CMDR Valerius Swansong informing him of this at once.

Log entry:
Assumed my place at Tactical/Security station. The issue at hand was the attempted theft of Latinum stores which had been stored on Tranquility. It was felt that the original attempt to smuggle the currency off may lead to suspicion that it was more than just monetary value that was attractive to the thieves.

Lt. Valden was given permission to extract a small amount of the Latinum for scientific analysis. That analysis indicated that the Latinum was not pure but was contaminated with a highlypotent biological agent.

Lt Jessica Xeltentat (J'Ess) asked for a security report on attempted thefts of Latinum since the original incident with the shield generators. Other than some weapons found on a nearby deck there were no reports of any incidents. Further reports showed that all Latinum was accounted for.

I did discover a possible use of the Latinum, especially in its contaminated state, with Species 8472, which uses it for conversion to biomatter. Commander Thallanor thought this may be a possible lead. Considering the pirates we had in our brig, who had been delivered by the USS Veracruz, I instructed Security interrogators to inquire about the possible link toSpecies 8472. Mr. Deckland Strayer, who has been cooperating with Starfleet and gave valuable information leading towards the capture of the pirate leader, said he knew of no possible link and that no one in their right mindwould deal with them. Captain Skellos, was more vocally violent in his denial. I instructed the station's intrerogators to ask again, adding alittle more "incentive." He then offered that there was an individual who had broken away from the pirate band, name Pfugus who might be capable of dealing with Species 8472.

The possibility was offered however that the bio-impurity may have been meant as a possible weapon against Species 8472. Further tests will be conducted to follow up that hypothesis. For my part, I could discover no record of any weapon coming from the code that was derived from the Latinum. Regardless, the order was given to notify Starfleet of the security risk. Additionally an all-call alert was sent to all ships and stations in the quadrant requesting information concerning Pfugus, if he is real.

Commander Thallanor ordered sweeps of the compound as part of routine patrols. I also ordered double guard on the latinum supply using protocol Zeta, a staggered intermittent rotation of security personnel with a random frequency of occurrence.

Fresh diagnostic tests will also be conducted on security and tactical sensors and weapons to coincide with the same diagnostics and new programming for the station's functions as well.

The shift ended with my proceeding to the brig to oversee further interrogation of our prisoners.

Conclusion:

More questions than answers, but as the old earth video archives say, " the truth is out there."

Log entry: Tranquility received reports of a derelict starship located some 4 hours at high warp speed away from us. The ship had onboard the material we were looking for, as identified in the previous mission. Commander Thallanor Rasmuson Lt Diamond Sinestr, and I, Lt. Siobhan Crystal were manning Ops. CMDR Rasmuson asked for suggestions and LT Sinestrioffered setting up a subspace communications link with the vessel to tap into its logs. The vessel was beyond our normal reach and it was suggested we could boost output by tapping into the shield array. This procedure was riskysince it could open the shiled defenses to avirus, so i was et the task of monitoring any new data coming in during the process. I then set about creaing a dummy file that would keep new incoming data separate from the primary data files until they could be fully analyzed.

All was proceeding well until there was an energy surge which threatened the mainwarp drives. LT Sinestri managed to create a diversion loop that distributed the excees energy away from our core and away from the station. Meanwhile the incoming data remained safe, and primary program data a was safe.

In order to double our information gathering capacity, in addition to the working subspace link, I offered to, and was instructed to complete, a traditional probe that would also send back data on the substance in question. This process was completed and we went about the business of repairing damage caused by the power surge.

Conclusion:

Just when you think things are going smoothly, you hit a bump. Like most bumps it wasn't so much, but without quick reaction it could have been disastrous. The end result is that our shields are at diminished capacity, about 65-80%, until repairs and replacementcan be completed.

Log entry: Tranquility received word that it would be hosting a major interplanetary conference in a few weeks. Executive Officer Jessica Xeltentat gave the order for all areas to check and make sure we were at full operating efficiency and gave the order to begin alpha level tests on the station's systems. I cautioned that shields had been running around 72% as a result of the overload from the previous week, but were now at 86% and were expected to be back to full power within 36 hours.

Considering the number of diplomats I quickly left word that all leaves and vacations would need to be re-evaluated. Meanwhile, all other systems checks appeared to be going well, until engineering noticed a couple of minor fluctuations, then Ops reported problems with the view screen. The display on the Tactical console also started flashing on and off. LT Xeltentat ordered communications be sent to locate the nearest starships and send routine messages to verify communications on all regular channels. This was done.

Things went decidedly downhill from there. Gravity was lost in the lower decks, the brig reported fluctuations in the brig containment shields resulting in one prisoner trying to test it, only to be burned when the shields came back up and gave him a severe burn. Sickbay was notified and personnel was on its way.

About this time we received partial communication of a shuttle requesting clearance to land. They were not providing, or could not provide proper access codes. They were instructed to land and a security team was dispatched to the shuttle for investigation and assistance. At the same time, life support systems were reported lost on decks 20-27. All non-essential personnel were evacuated from the affected decks. The shuttle was having problems and requested an external power supply to assist docking, but the shuttle pilot then reported only communications seem affected and made final approach for landing.

It was determined the problem may have been within the power conduits at the time taht all lights went out on deck 20. LT Xeltentat suspected sabotage and asked for any unusual communications activity; none was discovered.

Tranquility then received communication from command asking about our status. Aswe were wondering why they were asking, another communication brought word that Admiral Huran was on her way to inspect the USS Aviator-A and decided to "drop" by Tranquility on the way and give us a quick check too. We were requested to give a station-wide report on our systems. Her arrival was less than 16 minutes. Further scans discovered no viruses, no saboteurs, but a check , after isolating all known biologicals revealed the cause of our distress -- TRIBBLES!

A welcoming team, including Ensign Quickbush, was sent to greet the admiral while we continued isolate and rid ourselves of our problem. Quickbush is well known on the station as having a true gift for gab, or what my ancestors would have called, "Blarney." She was sent at the XO's request as Tranquility's special emissary. I instructed her to talk about her fiance, who was recelty awarded the Federation Medal of Honor, a story of which we have been regaled with for two weeks. However, the ensigns, vivacity and charisma, never seem to breed resentment while she talks. therefore, a highly logical choice for someone whose sole responsibilty was to stall the admiral until we could affect repairs.

The Tribbles were finally isolated and beamed about a shuttle I had prepared which was headed for dismantling. Life supports were placed at minimal levels for the tribbles and an automotatic pilot course was set for Pinastri V, which had been deemed safe for the creatures. Befre the shuttle had proceeded very far, a delgation from Bajor requested permission to take the tribbles and this was granted.

Ensign Quickbush was instructed to escort the admiral from the shuttle bay to the admirlas guest quarters and Lt Xeltentat and I made our way to meet our guest.

Conclusion: Nasty fuzzy little things that aren't nearly as cute as they appear. The individual responsible for illegally bringing two creatures on the station is due to be arrested when he lands at his next destination, and his brother , who harbored one on board, is now a guest in my brig.

Log entry: I entered Ops just before 1300 and took my position at Security/Tactical. Tranquility received a distress call from a small cargo ship, reporting technical problems including downed life support systems and loss of navigation. The vessel was too far out to attach a tractor beam, but was small enough that a class 11 shuttle could be sent to guide it within tractor range. Chief Science Officer LtCMDR Lan Nakajima volunteered to take the shuttle out as there were some observations he wanted to make. Since there seemed to be no Tactical threat, I volunteered to take the Ops console and communications. I transferred Tactical controls to the Ops console and took position,

Medical Officer Kiara Noel began experiencing problems with her equipment. At this time LtCMDR Nakajima reported some disruption to his monitors as he approached the cargo ship. It was discovered that the cargo ship was infected with the Iconian virus. The virus, which is a native of the Nekolian system had transmitted via communications into Dr, Noel's equipment first since she is Nekolian, It also began to affect ship's systems but was quickly isolated by Science Officer, Lt Valden.

The cargo ship reached tractor range and I attached our beams to her an d guided her into pylon A in the shuttle bay. Meanwhile, I notified shuttle bay personnel and security to prepare a quarantine field.

Personnel on the cargo ship and LtCMDR were all beamed on board and to sickbay for observation and treatment

Conclusion: The virus hasn't been seen in nearly 20 years and is particularly nasty, Science and Engineering are working together on this,

Log entry:
Just as I arrived on duty, the crew was informed that we were going on an away mission to a small mining planet named, Artanis, in the Epsilon Lyrae system, The mission was headed by Tranquility XO, J'Ess Xeltentat and included Lan Nakajima, CDR Chief Science Officer, SS Tranquility, Kanashio Koroshi, LT Engineering, SS Tranquility, and myself We traveled at warp 4.7 for a little over 30 minutes and arrived at our destination.

The surface of Artanis is very inhospitable with very little vegetation, although that is indicative of this hemisphere and quite different from the Southern, much more heavily populated part of the planet, We managed to land fairly close to a mine site and were approached by a local miner who was curious about our presence since this was her claim. LtCMDR Xeltentat took the lead, not identifying us as Starfleet personnel (we were all dressed in native attire for climbing and hiking), and mentioned we were looking for gymnium. The miner, Adira, said they often ran across deposits of it but considered it waste since they were primarily interested in the dilithium deposits.

After stating that we would be willing to trade for the gymnium, Adira conceded to escort us. The surface of the planet's atmosphere was a little thinner than what we were used to, but breathable, Adira warned us that the air below was not as safe and outfitted us with breathing packs and light drones and we entered the mine descending several levels.

Adira did warn us of other hazards. One of those was the amount of seismic activity present. The other was the presence of rather large, very territorial, insect-like creatures that were disrupted by the seismic activity and the disruption of their nests by a few of our party. Luckily the insects, though vicious were easily subdued

At last we were shown the gymnium waste and allowed to bring a small sample for analysis. Plans were made to contact Adira regarding any trade plans and we were escorted back up to the surface..

We arrived back at Tranquility without incident.

Conclusion:

A fruitful mission. We went in search of gymnium which may hold some wonderful properties as an alloy. I am a bit distrustful of Adira, I have met miners and none have been as polite or helpful, It is true that a profit on something she considered waste may have convcinced her to help us, but I still think there isa bit more to her.

Log entry: Went on duty for what seemed to be a routine shift. Lt Xeltentat suggested and CMDR Rasmuson agreed that we should performo a systems review considering the earlier problems we have had with tribbles. Lt Xeltentat went with Lt Koroshiu to oversee the activities in engineering. I remained in Ops with CMDR Rasmuson and took the center console station for systems analyses.

We were expecting a few power surges which I was to monitor, and found a couple related to long range sensors, but I noticed a rather strange anomaly coming from decks 72-78. According to the monitors all life support systems, including artificial gravity were down, yet there were no reports of distress coming fromn personnel on those decks. A quick call to the areas showed no problems in the systems.

A security Officer, Mr Marks was on duty in the area and I contacted him. he saw the readings as well nad wondered what was going on. I dispatched Security Team Delta to the affected decks to perform a sweep of the area. Ther team reported nests, for want of a better word, of tribbles in the service passages of decks 74 and 75. These were found to be nestled up against the life support sensors. Another near the the turbolift shaft.

Teams were reporting the following as affected: Turbolift #2. the life support sensors, but not system cointrols in decks 72-78. IT looked like there may have been some that had made there way toward astrophysicsas well. Additionally, gravity support was affected on deck 78 sections A20 to A36. Replicators on decks 73 and 76 were also out.

Additional personnel were dispatched to perform followup sweeps and the tribbles were removed to a quarantine area. Then another sweep was performed. Subsequent sweeps were all clear. All data was transmitted to engineering and security personnel were returned to regular stations

Conclusion: Noxious little things Tribbles and it may be a good idea to do a daily sweep for a while un til we are absolutely sure we are clear of the vermin.

Neximus (guest), Acting Operations Officer; Lt. Meynara (guest), Acting Medical Officer; Lt. A. Serenity (guest), Acting Science Officer.

Log entry: (from ship’s logs) “Routine diagnostics of Tranquility Station’s functions were performed by Engineering; all station functions were operating nominally. Science reported the detection of a gravitational anomaly on sensors, apparently near the outer boundaries of the Pinastri system. Initial readings suggested the object was an extremely unusual 1-earth-mass black hole. The unknown anomaly, designated by Tranquility’s main computer as Pinastri Gravitational Anomaly Alpha (PGA-A), appeared to be accelerating into the Pinastri system at a rate exceeding that predicted by the gravity of Pinastri’s stars."

Engineering conducted a series of tests and the model indicated the anomaly was on a path that would take it near Outpost Sigma. Sigma was notified and the officer of the Deck (OOD) Lt DeClerke responded stating they had identified the object and were already experiencing the effects of the strong gravitational pull of the anomaly. Lt Xeltentat inquired about nearby ships. I discovered the USS Glendower and USS Piedmont were each nearby. These ships were contacted and directed to assist personnel at Outpost Sigma. DeClerke was advised that the ships were enroute, but by their arrival the outpost was already suffering severe structural damage and the crew were taking casualties. Both Piedmont and Glendower coordinated their efforts to beam the crew aboard. Sadly, there were several casualties. Of the crew of 24, only 12 survived, two of whom were in critical condition with internal injuries. Most had been beamed successfully by the Piedmont. Of the twelve casualties all but two bodies were also successfully recovered. Two crewmen were lost during transport, including Lt DeClerke who bravely manned his comm station until the end. It was determined that the gravitational strain was too great for them to reach escape pods or for a successful teleport.

After the Outpost was destroyed the anomaly behaved strangely. It appeared to change its course of direction and accelerate. LtCMDR Skytower theorized that this was not a true black hole, but due to its low mass and behavior quite possibly a moving subspace singularity, similar to what Romulans use to power their vessels, but on much larger scale. It seemed that the object was getting fuel from that which it devoured. I asked if it was possible to overfeed it. That if given enough energy it could develop indigestion, so to speak. LtCMDR Skytower thought it may be possible to divert it if we could cause a large enough singularity near it. I suggested the use of our quantum torpedoes, also utilizing the weapons available to us from ships in dock, and some recently transported by the Piedmont and Glendower which are cargo ships. After calculating what we could put together it was determined we could pack together a large package including 62 quantum torpedoes. Working with engineering, this package was prepared for delivery.

The torpedo package and other items were delivered. The proximity of the blast resulted in a concussion wave returning to Tranquility. All available power was diverted to forward shields and we awaited the shock. The wave hit, noticeably rocking Tranquility. Damage reports were, thankfully, largely minimal, as were injuries to crew. On the Bridge, Lt Xeltentat and LtCMDR Skytower were both knocked to the floor and briefly unconscious, but soon revived by Dr. Meynara. Final report was damage on decks 21, 34, 77 an78 79. There were reports of injuries on decks 24 and 25. Several in the lounge were thrown from chairs bumps and bruises. Teams are being sent to deck 26. About 110 reported injuries. Two had been taken to sickbay for treatment.

Scans revealed the object was no longer there and no other anomalies were detected.

At this time Red Alert was canceled and Tranquility crew were instructed to resume routine duties.

Conclusion: It is fortunate that damage was not greater and that the teamwork of those on board under Lt Xeltentat worked smoothly to prevent further casualties, The primary questions are what was it and what was its purpose? It was not a natural phenomenon. It seemed to have a design as evidenced by its proximity to Outpost Sigma and change of direction toward Tranquility. I can only hope that this is the last we will see of this devastating object, but I feel my hopes are in vain.

Log entry: The Pinastri Gravitational Anomaly Alpha (PGA-A) previously encountered by Tranquility and responsible for the destruction, and loss of crew, of Outpost Sigma left debris in its wake. Science has cataloged some of the evidence retrieved by one of the freighters that assisted, but has yet to determine an origin. Reports came in that an apparently derelict vessel was seen near the position of Outpost Sigma near the outer edge of the Pinastri grid. A passing freighter hailed, but received no response. and scans showed no sign of life. It relayed the information to Tranquility.

The shuttle, USS New York was dispatched to investigate lead by Lt. Fredrick Nederlander, Ops; LtJG T'Preel, Science, and LtJG Maximus Coriander, Security (all NPC). Lt Nederlander reported sensors picking up the vessel, that it appeared to be accompanied by several other vessels, including what appeared to be a Romulan warbird. There were no life signs, no power. As the New York approached closer, LT Nederlander reported that the power on the ship suddenly came on, then muttered something like "Oh my!.." when all transmission ceased.

Tranquility has been ordered by Fleet Command to determine the status of the vessel and if it represents a threat. At present, the Veracruz is deployed in a different sector, the Goddard is being refit, so Tranquility will utilize the available vessels at its disposal to carry out the mission.

CAPT Rasmuson asked about available vessels and was told the most immediate vessel available was the Danube Class, USS Willamette, which had recently been re-fitted. An away team was assembled as reported with FCAPT Siobhan Crystal taking the helm. The trip lasted just short of 46 hours at a steady cruising speed of Warp 3.5.

The Willamette came out of warp approximately 400 KM from the reported derelict which appeared as LT Nederlander had described, but now also having an empty USS New York alongside.

The rear hatch of the USS New York was open. Scans showed no life signs on any vessel and all life support systems offline or inoperable.. Attempts to retrieve data from the New York and other vessels was fruitless as all memory and data banks appeared to be wiped clean. Lt Trafalgar noticed some air displacement that indicated movement, even though life signs were still non-existent. All hails to the ship were unanswered. Taj was asked to run a trace on the systems and her efforts corroborated that all data systems were "wiped clean."

Evidence of an on-board lab was found on the larger vessel. that coupled with the mysterious air displacement

CAPT Rasmuson appointed a boarding party that consisted of Captain Rasmuson, Sgt Major Rhode as Tactical, Ensign Luna, and Lt Kanashio who as engineers were hoping to bring systems online and see if we could learn more.

There was some discussions about EVA suits when the life support systems on the alleged derelict came up. Discussion then moved to possible nanite infections and whether EVA suits would provide sufficient protection., Regardless the team beamed aboard the ship and began its investigation

There was no incident until the team reached the lab which showed evidence of biological experimentation, a couple of corpses, and several undetected "entities" which could only be described as "zombie-like" suddenly materialized and attacked. Ensign Luna Thrace was knocked unconscious, and Lt Kanashio received a severe abrasion. Sgt Major Rhode managed ti drive the zombies off the fallen Ensign and administer First Aid to Lt Kanashio. Mr Rhode and Captain Rasmuson were able to secure the area and the team was beamed aboard the Willamette.

The order was given to destroy the vessel, which LTJG Blessed did, and a warning beacon was placed to alert other ship passing to avoid the area.

Kanashio and Thrace were both placed in sickbay, where Lt Kanashio seemed to have taken on a sudden infection. Ensign Thrace had similar syptoms, but a little time later she seemed to glow and the progression was slowed considerably. Tranquility Medical was laerted and the crew headed for home.

Conclusion: The mystery is far from solved and plans t return with the Goddard or Cheyene for further investigations, perhaps deeper to the home of the ship may be in order. What were the experiments? Who is behind this? Why is all the data removed and traces wiped clean? Many many questions

Log entry: On the return trip to Tranquility, we wrestled with the advancing conditions of LT Koroshi and ENS Thrace who had been attacked and injured by what were described as zombies on the derelict vessel. LT Trafalgar, as a science officer, was placed in charge of monitoring the patients' conditions. LTJG Blessed was on OPS and was set to monitoring the area for any trails, or signs that may provide a clue as to the origin of the derelict.

About midway, briefly after I observed ENS Thrace glow, she began to improve and the progression of whatever infected LT Koroshi reversed. Mr Koroshi was not so fortunate and his condition continued to deteriorate, causing him intense pain, which LT Trafalgar was able to control, and boiut of violent thrashing. There seemed to be, also, a degradation in skin quality, but not to extent of hair loss or of the beings that attacked him.

Computer cross-referencing was similar to phage symptoms suffered by the Vidiians. This lead seemed to be corroborated by LTJG Blessed's discovery of a degraded ion trail that lead toward Vidiian space. With this information, what few tissue samples we acquired and the utmost speed we continued to Tranquility.

By the time of our arrival, ENS Thrace seemed fully healed. LT Koroshi, however, now needed to be restrained as he began lashing out and attempting to scratch and bite anyone near him. Both patients were removed directly to Sickbay, Mr, Koroshi being placed in quarantine and ENS Thrace being housed for a more through examination.

Armed with the information we had, the crew transferred all material to the proper departments for evaluation.

Conclusion: Seems we were fortunate we weren't farther away from Tranquility. I resist thinking of the alternatives had LT Koroshi becoem totally transformed. The Willamette's quarantine abilities are sorely limited.

Log entry: LTCMDR Noel, back from shore leave, was a welcome sight in Sickbay. She was quickly debriefed on matters and immediately went to LT Koroshi, who was writing in his bonds. He was sedated and examined. Upon examination, she discovered a "small slimy green hair" embedded in his skin. It was easily overlooked by untrained eyes since it was similar to the LT's own coloring. The specimen was placed in a jar and I left to question ENS Thrace.

Ms Thrace was feeling in excellent health, had only a recollection of being knocked out and was concerned about LT Koroshi. When questioned about her glowing, she eventually admitted that it was her properties of being a unicorn that she can heal very quickly. She also stated that she could heal others, but this skill was limited to non-life threatening injuries. Nonetheless, it was decided a sample of the Ensign's blood was needed to see if a serum could be developed. By the time I returned to the quarantine room, I was ordered to attend a briefing in the MOs office. LTCMDR Noel informed us that the hair removed from Koroshi was evidently the "life source" of an ancient Nekolian emperor and that she had unwittingly released it when she removed the hair.

LT Koroshi appeared, now inhabitated by the "emperor" and he demanded that Dr. Noel return. Almost immediately Dr Noel was on the sickbay bed with LT Koroshi hovering near when a transference occurred and the "being" of the emperor entered the doctor. Captain Rasmuson had already been instructed to withdraw blood from the LTCMDR. He did so, retrieving a glowing object. The syringe was haded to me. Dr Noel, who quickly regained control after the entity was removed, instructed me to inject her blood in to the serum recently derived from ENS Thrace's blood. This was done and the vial sent back to the lab for for examination.

LT Koroshi, was now feeling much better. ENS Thrace was as good as ever. Even Dr Noel looked refreshed. I think the onloy ones needing a rest were the captain and I.

Conclusion: One question is answered. What caused the "zombication?" Unfortunately, there are several more questions, such as, how did the life essence of a long dead Nekolian end up here? Did it just hitch a ride? Did someone's experiment go horribly wrong? and does the trail leading to Vidiian space mean anything? It was degraded, but how much?

Log entry:

SS Tranquility received instructions from Starfleet Command that a Federation Freighter had been attacked by a band of Ferengi privateers. The freighter was primarily carrying humanitarian supplies to the Amphora System in the Pinastri Sector, but was also carrying blueprints for an experimental type of. radiation scrubber.

While conditions on Amphora V have been improving, the Federation's largely hands-off approach while maintaining the planet's protectorate status, make any outside interference worrisome. It is feared that these Ferengi may want the scrubber for their own uses to facilitate mining operations on Amphora V and subject its inhabitants to undo outside influence..

Intelligence has determined these Ferengi are ever watchful of Federation presence. It is suggested that any crew arrive "incognito." and retrieve the missing blueprints, determine whether the contents have been shared and with whom, and to report evidence of a new weapon the the privateers have been reported to use..

In order to not arouse suspicions I assembled my away team and we all wore suitable, non-federation clothing. We also outfitted a Delta Flyer to look less like a Starfleet vessel and headed toward the given coordinates.

Immediately upon arrival we beamed aboard the vessel and were met by a Ferengi guard who was quickly subdued. I split the team up into two. LT's Trafalgar, Kanashio, and I headed for the bridge, while LT(jg) Blessed and ENS Republic searched for the blueprints. We met minimal resistance. Two guards were controlled on the bridge. The other members found one Ferengi pirate in a cargo hold.

The was one other personnel on the bridge. It was the body of a Starfleet Captain. So far, unidentified, but it is assumed he was the CO of the freighter. His desiccated, bloodless remains were found seated on the con. We found no signs of any other personnel, neither Ferengi or any other.

LT Kanashio and LT Trafalgar began checking on the computer files, while I went to find the rest of the team. They did find the missing blueprints and were conducting an investigation of the cargo hold which contained containers marked Titan Corporation, but all showed evidence of the exact same level, location and amount of wear and tear.

Lt Kanashio, with some difficulty, managed to extract the data files and hard drive from the main computer. LT Trafalgar collected scientific samples, Ther body of the captain was beamed aboard the Flyer and isolated to be returned to Tranquility. The team regrouped and beamed aboard the Flyer where we returned to Tranquility and debriefed.

Conclusion:

There are many questions. If the blueprints are so important, why weren't thety better guarded? Where was the rest of the crew, not only the Ferengis but the freighter's as well? Why was the captain drained of blood and otehr bodily fluids? His combadge was also a different color, why? Why would radiation scrubbers be important to pirates unless they had a buyer? Finally, all the data files sem to have been deeply hidden, yet a trail was present. Was this on purpose? At least the initial objective was achieved and the blueprints retrieved. We will have to wait on the other questions to see what falls.
