The Magellan project is for all of you.
It is not just a Science project.
I have enjoyed the two missions that I have been on.
It is basically just an hour or so long.
Exploring theme based SIMs. If you want to explore then contact Lt(jg) Gisjajn Broek or myself for information.

I fully agree - Magellan is fantastic and all officers should get involved... it's Trek at the next level!

Are Cadets permitted to accompany Away Teams on Project Magellan missions or do we have to wait until after graduation?

A fieldtrip, perhaps?

If you can handle a tricorder, you're welcomed to come on the one I posted at least :)

It is my understanding that Magellan missions welcome cadets to join them! The only limit to Magellan mission membership is 'away team' numbers (we try not to look like we're invading a SIM!). Speak to Kevin Fremont or Gijsjan Broek in world and they'll give you a definitive answer though.

Of course, you should probably have your medical certificate saying you're fit for duty first! ;)

Yes, Magellan missions are for anyone that belong to UF Starfleet. Even Cadets!  :)

I have been on a mission once with Sanstrom and we loved it.

I surely need to check with Gijs so we both can take a second mission.

Hey - didn't realize it was not just a Science project - what do I have to do, I'd like to contribute, if I could

Contact Gijsjan Broek (correct spelling there), he can tell you everything you need to know about it.
